Key Responsibilities

Deliver physiotherapy interventions for patients with acute medical conditions across multiple hospital sites.
Assess, plan, and implement tailored treatment plans to optimise patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with NHS standards.

Requirements

HCPC registration is essential.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an NHS acute medical ward setting.
Valid driving licence is preferable to travel between sites.
