What You Will Do

Assess, evaluate, and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders in an acute care setting.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement comprehensive care plans.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
Provide guidance, support, and education to patients and their families regarding communication and swallowing interventions.
Liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery.

Requirements

HCPC registration is essential.
Experience in acute adult or paediatric services is highly desirable.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
