What you will do:

• Coordinate and perform statutory safeguarding functions, including Duty to Inquire visits and formal investigations.
• Attend weekly Multi-agency Safeguarding Referral Decision Hubs, ensuring swift and effective interventions.
• Provide expert advice on safeguarding policies and practices across Health and Social Care and beyond.
• Deliver and facilitate training sessions, ensuring workforce proficiency in adult safeguarding.
• Support peers through supervision and collaborative initiatives, strengthening team capability.
• Collaborate with multiple agencies, ensuring smooth communication and effective safeguarding measures.
• Advise and support staff through challenging situations, utilizing your expertise to guide best practices.
• Lead by example, championing the safeguarding agenda and inspiring a culture of vigilance and care.
