What you will do
- Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy rehabilitation with a focus on slow‑stream rehabilitation.
- Actively contribute to multidisciplinary discharge planning to support safe, patient‑centred transitions.
- Work collaboratively with a wide range of healthcare professionals to promote recovery and independence.
- Assess individual patient needs, develop tailored rehabilitation plans, and monitor progress effectively.
- Support patients to maximise independence and improve daily living skills through therapeutic interventions.
