What you will do:

• Provide specialised assessments and interventions for adults with dysphagia in an acute setting.
• Manage and care for patients requiring tracheostomy, working closely with ICU staff as needed.
• Offer guidance and support to colleagues and families about swallowing difficulties and communication needs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with professional guidelines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and recovery outcomes.
