What you will do:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals experiencing their first episode of psychosis, developing tailored care plans.
- Provide ongoing monitoring and support to service users and their families, promoting recovery and reintegration into the community.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to deliver integrated care.
- Engage in crisis intervention and provide therapeutic interventions as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in line with NHS Trust policies and guidelines.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the continual development and improvement of the service.
