What you will do:
- Conduct detailed fostering assessments for kinship carers and prepare reports to be presented to the fostering panel.
- Collaborate effectively with families, understanding their dynamics and needs to ensure the welfare of the child is prioritised.
- Liaise with panel members and other professionals, demonstrating strong communication and negotiation skills to achieve the best outcomes.
- Maintain high-quality records and documentation in compliance with legislative and organisational standards.

Requirements:
- Must be registered with Social Work England.
- Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work or Social Care.
- UK-qualified experience as a Social Worker is essential.
- Experience conducting fostering assessments is desirable.
