What you will do:
- Deliver high-quality mental health care as part of a community mental health team.
- Administer depot medications and manage care for patients on clozapine and lithium, using your professional knowledge to ensure safe and effective treatment.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to the needs of adults experiencing mental health challenges.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and support for all service users.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with professional standards and guidelines.
