What you will do:
Conduct detailed assessments for paediatric patients with complex and varied needs.
Develop, implement, and evaluate specialist nutrition care plans based on current evidence and best practice.
Work autonomously while recognising when to escalate care or seek multidisciplinary input.
Provide expert advice and training to healthcare staff to maintain high standards of care.
Encourage patient and family involvement in care planning, promoting dignity and individualised support.
Use clinical data and diagnostic tools to inform accurate assessments and treatment plans.
Request appropriate diagnostic tests within your scope of practice.
Promote health education and nutritional awareness among patients and carers.
Participate in quality improvement, risk management, and safety processes.

Requirements:
HCPC registration is essential.
A valid driving licence is required.
