What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for children and families, addressing their needs and ensuring their safety and welfare.

• Manage a varied caseload including Child in Need, Child Protection, and Children Looked After, providing support and interventions tailored to each case.

• Prepare and present reports for Court proceedings, ensuring all required documentation is thorough and accurate.

• Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to develop and implement effective care plans.

• Support families and children through challenging times, acting as an advocate and ensuring their voices are heard in all decision-making processes.

• Keep accurate records and maintain up-to-date information on each case using local authority reporting systems.
