What you will do:

• Provide expert dietetic services to adult inpatients in general medicine and surgical wards, focusing on oral nutrition support.
• Collaborate with the Nutrition Support Team to deliver comprehensive care, especially to post-stroke patients requiring artificial nutrition.
• Conduct assessments and develop tailored nutritional care plans to meet patient needs.
• Monitor and adjust dietary plans based on patient progress and multidisciplinary team feedback.
• Educate patients and their families about appropriate dietary practices and nutrition management.
• Maintain accurate records and document all care provided, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Essential requirements include HCPC registration and at least two years of experience in the dietetics field. While having a car is preferable, your passion for making a difference is what we value most.
