What you will do:

  • Therapeutic Interventions: Support individuals in carrying out activities of daily living safely and confidently through tailored interventions.

  • Equipment and Adaptations: Assess, recommend, and coordinate appropriate equipment and environmental adaptations to meet individual needs.

  • Risk Management: Provide expert advice regarding moving and handling, falls prevention, and home safety.

  • Caseload Management: Manage a varied caseload effectively, prioritising clinical needs while maintaining high standards of care.

  • Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals across disciplines to ensure coordinated, person-centred care planning.
