What you will do:
- Manage and support junior staff and assume responsibility in the absence of the Charge Nurse.
- Formulate and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with senior staff, ensuring a high standard of care.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to a defined group of mental health patients.
- Assess patient needs and lead the development of evidence-based care programmes.
- Participate in ongoing educational programmes to stay current with best practices.
As a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of mental health care in our facility.
