• Use your expertise in drug history taking and reconciliation in a ward-based setting to provide high-quality care

• Ensure accuracy by using your ACPT qualification to carry out final accuracy checks on dispensed medicines

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge and compliance with GPhC standards
