Flourish Medical is recruiting an Associate Dentist to join Newport Dental Practice, a well-established mixed NHS and Private dental practice offering a supportive team environment, excellent private earning potential, and flexibility to suit your work-life balance.
This permanent opportunity is available for 2 days per week, making it ideal for an Associate Dentist seeking consistent part-time work with opportunities to grow both NHS and private income.
The Role – Associate Dentist
• Permanent 2 days per week
• Flexible working days available
• Practice hours 9:00am – 5:00pm
• £14 – £17 per UDA depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality NHS and private dental treatments
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships
• Develop private and practice plan patient lists
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records
• Provide excellent patient care and communication
• Work collaboratively with dental nurses and the wider practice team
• Adhere to GDC, CQC, NHS and clinical governance standards
Requirements – Associate Dentist
• Fully qualified and GDC-registered Dentist
• Active NHS performer number
• Proven UK dental experience essential
• Valid DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Confident working within a mixed NHS and Private practice
• Professional, patient-focused, and reliable approach

Location
This role is based in Newport and is easily commutable from Telford, Shrewsbury, Stafford, Wolverhampton, Cannock, Market Drayton, Stoke-on-Trent, and surrounding areas across Shropshire and the West Midlands.
