Associate Dentist in Northampton, Northamptonshire

We are currently recruiting for a permanent Associate Dentist to join a well-established, mainly NHS dental practice in the Northampton area. This is an excellent opportunity offering 3–4 days per week, with strong NHS demand, stable UDA delivery, and a supportive, experienced clinical team.

The practice is modern, patient-focused, and highly respected locally, providing high-quality NHS dental care to a large and well-established patient base. While primarily NHS-focused, there is still some scope for private treatment development within a structured and supportive environment.

This Associate Dentist role will benefit from:

Key Requirements of the Dentist:

• GDC registered Dentist
• Active NHS Performer Number
• Previous UK experience required
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
• Valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Confident in general NHS dentistry
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Responsibilities of this role will include:

• Providing high-quality NHS dental care
• Routine and restorative treatments (exams, fillings, RCTs, extractions, crowns, bridges)
• Delivering efficient NHS UDAs in line with contract requirements
• Limited private treatments where appropriate
• Supporting preventative and long-term oral health
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and compliance standards
• Working closely with the wider dental team
• Ensuring excellent patient experience and continuity of care

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Associate Dentist looking for a stable, permanent 3–4 day NHS-focused role within a well-run practice offering consistency, strong patient flow, and a supportive working environment.

The practice is based in the Northampton area, with good access from Wellingborough, Kettering, Daventry, and surrounding locations.
