What you will do:

• Provide expert safeguarding and child protection support, including managing cases related to Children in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Court Work.
• Undertake comprehensive assessments, prepare reports, and develop plans to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to implement effective safeguarding strategies.
• Offer advice and support to less experienced staff, enhancing team effectiveness and confidence.
• Engage in regular supervision to reflect and grow professionally.
• Stay current with best practices, ensuring a high level of service delivery.
