What you will do:
- Provide expert advice and support to the team on complex safeguarding cases
- Carry out risk assessments and put protective measures in place
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive safeguarding plans
- Mentor and guide less experienced team members in their professional development
- Stay current with policy changes and implement them into practice
- Lead safeguarding meetings and provide clear, detailed reports on cases

Requirements:
- Hold a degree or equivalent in social work with a current Social Work England registration
- Demonstrable frontline experience in the UK's social services, having worked as a qualified Social Worker with a profound understanding of safeguarding practices
