Overview of your role:
As the Business Intelligence Lead, you will be the key point of contact for performance and insight analysis within Shropshire’s Adult Social Care and Housing services. Your role involves leading and delivering intelligence to support transformation and improvement programs and acting as the lead officer for CQC inspections and peer reviews.

What you will do:
- Serve as the primary contact for the Executive Director of Adult Social Services and Service Director of Care and Wellbeing for data and intelligence insights
- Lead data-driven initiatives to support and deliver transformation and improvement projects within Adult Services
- Act as the lead officer for Care Quality Commission inspections and Peer Reviews
- Enhance data quality and implement the Data Quality Strategy
- Lead on forecasting and demand modelling for Adult Social Care
- Provide insights and performance information at various management meetings
- Initiate and drive data and business intelligence projects, balancing team capacity with service area expectations
- Maintain awareness of and communicate emerging policy and legislative trends to senior managers and stakeholders
- Contribute to corporate performance monitoring and ensure compliance with The Shropshire Plan Performance Management Framework
- Support the use of self-serve dashboards and provide training to optimize their utility
