Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday (Flexible working available – either 4 full days or school hours)

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative support to the team. The role will primarily involve preparing and typing reports for clients, ensuring accuracy and a high standard of presentation.

The role:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

Main duties:

• Typing and formatting reports to be sent to clients
• Ensuring all documents are accurate and professionally presented
• Providing general administrative support to the team
• Assisting with organisation and documentation where required
• Maintaining confidentiality of client information

About you:

• Excellent typing skills with high accuracy
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently
• Previous administrative experience is essential
• Comfortable working with reports and documentation
