In this Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will:

Work with children aged 4-11, providing support for those with autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH challenges

Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, your duties will include:

Supporting students with SEN during lessons and in one-to-one or small group interventions

Assisting with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and personalized learning strategies

Creating a calm and inclusive classroom environment that fosters emotional regulation and builds student confidence

Encouraging the development of communication skills, social interaction, and self-esteem

Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to provide tailored support for each child
