Your Responsibilities

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, your key duties will include:

  • Supporting students with SEN both in the classroom and during one-to-one or small group interventions

  • Assisting with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and tailored learning programs

  • Creating a calm, inclusive learning environment that fosters confidence, communication, and emotional regulation

  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to deliver targeted support
