What you will do

• Manage a varied caseload, conducting assessments, care planning, and delivering interventions for individuals in custody.

• Provide high-quality mental health interventions across well-being, primary, and secondary care levels.

• Complete detailed risk assessments and contribute to clinical decision-making and treatment planning.

• Administer medications in line with clinical and legal frameworks, maintaining safety and compliance.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and with external agencies to coordinate holistic care.

• Deliver group and individual therapy sessions to support rehabilitation and recovery.

• Support discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions to community mental health services.

• Participate in quality improvement activities, including audits and reviews, to maintain high standards of care.
