What you will do:

• Work collaboratively within a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, managing a caseload of approximately four cases per week.
• Conduct thorough assessments for major adaptations and complex equipment, preparing detailed specifications and sketches.
• Participate in holistic, person-centred assessments, support planning, and reviews for clients with various health conditions, alongside their carers.
• Understand and engage with the legal social care framework and housing legislation to provide top-notch service.
• Manage complex cases with excellent planning and prioritisation skills, ensuring timely progression and resolution.

Essential Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge and experience with major adaptations, specialist equipment, and manual handling.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and efficiently within a multi-disciplinary setting.
• Professional occupational therapy qualification recognised by the HCPC.
• At least two years of related occupational therapy experience.
