What you will do:

- Lead the investigation and resolution of allegations against those working with children.
- Support employers and voluntary organisations when their staff face allegations.
- Collaborate with Children’s Social Care to ensure allegations are handled appropriately.
- Work in partnership with various stakeholders to achieve efficient and fair outcomes.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of statutory requirements and best practices.
