What you will do:

- Provide direct support and interventions to children in mainstream schools to address their speech and language needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to create and implement Individual Education Plans.
- Conduct assessments, including Education Health Care Plan assessments, to determine and monitor student progress.
- Use your expertise and creativity to develop engaging activities that support language development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to provide updates on student progress and offer guidance.

Requirements:

- HCPC registration is required to ensure adherence to professional standards.
- Must be an experienced car driver to travel across the Fulham area efficiently.
- Proven experience in mainstream schools and completing assessments related to Education Health Care Plans is essential.
