We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead the brigade at a world-renowned restaurant in the heart of London. The Head Chef Role:

• Lead, inspire, and develop a passionate kitchen team

• Oversee all daily kitchen operations and maintain exceptional standards

• Collaborate with the Test Kitchen on seasonal menu development and innovation

• Manage food costs, ordering, and stock control efficiently

• Drive commercial performance through effective labour and cost control

• Work closely with the General Manager for a seamless guest experience

• Foster a supportive, high-performance, and inclusive kitchen culture

The Ideal Head Chef:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, quality-led restaurant

• A natural leader with a hands-on, empathetic, and professional approach

• Creative and curious, with a genuine love for fresh, seasonal cooking

• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of kitchen profitability

• Passionate about nurturing talent and building a strong team
