What you will do:
- Carry out specialist mental health assessments and formulate person-centred treatment plans.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to support emotional regulation, resilience, and recovery for young people.
- Work collaboratively with young people, families, carers, and multi-agency partners to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Support the delivery of policies, service improvements, and clinical best practice.
- Provide leadership, supervision, and expert advice to colleagues within the team.
As an experienced occupational therapist, you will excel in communication and clinical decision-making, working autonomously while contributing to a supportive environment. You should hold HCPC registration and be a compassionate leader who values reflective practice and trauma-informed care. A driver’s licence is preferred for this role to enable you to operate effectively within community settings.
