We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Social Worker to join the Home First Team within Swansea Council on a locum basis for an initial period of 3 months. This full-time position, offering a competitive rate of £38.43. It is primarily based in Morriston Hospital with potential coverage in Singleton, Neath Port Talbot, and Gorseinon hospitals. With a schedule from Monday to Friday, this role involves a dynamic balance of hospital-based and community work.

What you will do:
