What you will do:

- Provide specialised pharmacy expertise and consultation to the Oncology department
- Collaborate with medical professionals to create optimal medication plans tailored to cancer patients
- Ensure accurate dispensing of chemotherapy and other oncology-related medications
- Conduct regular medication reviews and monitor patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medication side effects and the importance of adherence
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case discussions to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge in oncology and pharmacy practices

All applicants must be HCPC registered. Our ideal candidate will have solid experience in oncology and clinical pharmacy, bringing a wealth of knowledge to support our patients' journeys.
