What you will do:

- Lead, plan, and deliver both the operational and clinical aspects of pharmaceutical services in compliance with legislation and professional standards
- Manage and motivate the pharmacy team with robust clinical and managerial leadership
- Provide expert advice and support to consultants, clinicians, and patients for safe and efficient use of medicines
- Guide the hospital departments on the safe management of medicines, ensuring adherence to legislation and standards
- Promote a multidisciplinary, patient-focused approach for high-quality healthcare delivery

Who we're looking for:

- A current member of the General Pharmaceutical Council
- Significant experience in surgical patient management and pathway
- Proven leadership experience in a hospital pharmacy setting
- Experience in partnership with consultants and across clinical teams
- Competency in analysing and solving clinical and management challenges
- Adept in applying clinical reasoning to complex patient cases
- Ability to influence evidence-based practice through collaboration with consultants
