What you will do:
- Provide expert advice and support to families navigating the court system, ensuring the best outcomes for children.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and prepare detailed reports for the court, detailing recommendations for the welfare of the children involved.
- Liaise with legal professionals, families, and social services to gather pertinent information and ensure the child's needs remain the priority throughout proceedings.
- Attend court hearings, providing evidence and testimony when required.
- Stay updated with developments in family law and social work best practice to deliver informed support and guidance.
Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent in social work, coupled with a registration with Social Work England.
- Significant experience in frontline social services in the UK as a qualified Social Worker, showcasing your resilience and ability to manage diverse cases.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage empathetically with clients while upholding a professional demeanor.
