We are working with a leading private education group based in London that is expanding its international footprint with the launch of several new schools across Europe. Backed by a proven educational track record and a strong brand heritage, this project marks a significant moment in the group’s global growth.
As Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in shaping and executing the brand and marketing strategy for these new school openings. The role spans brand development, integrated campaign management, stakeholder engagement, and the delivery of high-profile launch events.
This role is based in central London with European travel!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a compelling brand strategy tailored to international audiences, aligned with the organisation’s educational values.
- Ensure a consistent brand presence across all touchpoints, digital, print, experiential, and in-person.
- Build a long-term content plan across social media, digital platforms, and video, with messaging tailored to the European education market.
- Coordinate storytelling and brand campaigns that introduce key personnel, highlight educational philosophy, and build anticipation ahead of launch.
- Develop and lead multi-channel marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, drive enrolments, and establish credibility in new markets.
- Collaborate with creative and media partners to produce content suited for digital, social, print, and press channels.
- Support the production of marketing materials, including prospectuses, short-form video, and school-related collateral.
- Oversee the planning and delivery of several major launch events, including VIP stakeholder functions and parent engagement events.
- Coordinate event logistics and experience design, ensuring brand alignment across venues, content, and guest experience.
- Establish partnerships with local organisations and communities to support visibility and outreach.
- Collaborate with admissions and senior leadership to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with recruitment goals.
- Track campaign performance, oversee budgets, and drive continuous improvement through data-led decision making.
