As a Registered Nurse working with Flourish Medical, your responsibilities may include:

• Delivering high-quality patient care in line with best practice and clinical standards.
• Administering medication and monitoring patient health.
• Supporting patients, families, and healthcare teams with compassion and professionalism.
• Maintaining accurate records and adhering to safeguarding and compliance procedures.
• Ensuring comprehensive care plans are in place and regularly reviewed in line with NMC guidelines.
• Working across a range of healthcare settings depending on your preference and availability.

Required Skills & Experience for this Registered Nurse (RN) Role:

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Active NMC pin)
• Previous experience in hospital, community or care home settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments.
• A genuine commitment to providing excellent patient care.

Working with Flourish Medical as a Registered Nurse offers you:

• £22.00 – £25.00 per hour which is the equivalent to £45,760– £52,000 per annum based on 40 hours a week
• Flexible temporary assignments tailored to your schedule.
• Experience in a variety of respected Residential Care Homes.
• Refer a Friend bonus scheme.
• Ongoing support and regular contact with your dedicated consultant.
• Regular contact throughout the registration process and once you are at work
