Registered Nurse in Birmingham, West Midlands

Our client is seeking a Registered Nurse who is compassionate and committed to making a real difference in a Care Home Setting. As an RGN you will be providing high quality nursing care to elderly adults with complex health needs and/or dementia.

As a Registered Nurse your responsibilities will include:

· Delivering high-quality tailored care to elderly patients inline with individual care plans.

· Administering medication and updating patient records.

· Liaising with patients, families, and healthcare teams with compassion and professionalism.

· Devising care plans and ensuring they are maintained according to NMC standards.

· Providing a warm, calm, compassionate and caring environment for all residents and their family members.

Required Skills & Experience for this Registered Nurse (RN) Role:

· Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Active NMC pin)

· Previous experience in a Care Home setting is a must.

· A genuine passion for providing exceptional elderly care.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure.

As a Registered general Nurse (RGN) you will be at the heart of the clinical care team, ensuring the residents needs, wellbeing and dignity are maintained to a high standard at all times.
