What you will do:

• Duty Senior Practitioner: Manage the front-end duty function of the service, ensuring urgent needs and crises are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Supervisory Senior Practitioner: Focus on supervising a group of case-holding staff, including Social Workers and Reviewing Officers, fostering a supportive and productive team environment.
• Safeguarding Senior Practitioner: Lead in case holding responsibilities, ensuring the robust protection and support of vulnerable individuals and families within the community.
