What you will do:

• Conducting psychological assessments and delivering targeted interventions to address learning, emotional, and behavioural needs.
• Providing expert guidance to schools, families, and professionals on inclusion, behaviour, mental health, and safeguarding.
• Designing and delivering training to enhance understanding and application of psychological principles within educational settings.
• Leading or contributing to research and evaluation projects to inform service improvement and evidence-based practice.
• Working closely with education, health, and social care partners to support early help, safeguarding, and coordinated planning for children’s needs.
