What you will do:
- Provide high-quality care in line with BCIS guidelines, ensuring the delivery of effective and safe IV services.
- Monitor patient progress, document observations, and update records accurately.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop effective patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with protocols.
- Maintain a clean and safe ward environment, adhering to infection prevention standards.
- Support and mentor junior staff, promoting a positive learning environment.
Requirements for the Ward Lab Nurse role:
- Degree or equivalent in Nursing (RGN qualified) with active NMC Registration (Adult).
- Recent nursing experience in the UK, demonstrating a solid understanding of ward procedures and patient care.
