Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Head Housekeeper to join a luxury 5* resort in Hampshire. This pivotal role supports the Head Housekeeper in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction across the property.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Housekeeper in managing the housekeeping team and daily operations.
• Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet 5* standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff, fostering a positive and professional working environment.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control of housekeeping supplies.
• Monitor performance and ensure adherence to health and safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Support in recruitment, scheduling, and performance management of the housekeeping team.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
