Customer Service Assistant
Location: Winsford, Cheshire
Duration: Temporary - Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM
Pay rate: £12.21 PH
KPI Recruiting are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors to support one of our core clients during a period of exceptional growth.
Key Duties
- Responding to customer queries and resolving customer issues
- Processing orders and handling returns
- Providing delivery information and liaising with couriers
- Working as part of a team to provide a positive customer experience
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication skills including a natural telephone manner
- Good listening skills
- Experience of communicating at all levels
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous
- IT literate
