Key Responsibilities - Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
- Work with pupils aged 6–16 who have a variety of needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health), and moderate learning difficulties.
- Provide tailored support in both 1:1 and small group settings, addressing academic learning as well as emotional development.
- Help students build confidence, independence, and engagement with their learning.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment.

About You - Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
- Degree (minimum 2:2) – Psychology, Education, or related subjects especially relevant

- Previous experience with SEN, youth mentoring, or child-focused roles is beneficial but not essential
- Must hold the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
