My client is looking for a Technical Service Employee to join their team in Antwerp.

If you love hotels, like to be kept busy and love that not one is the same then this role is for you.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Perform preventive maintenance on technical installations to ensure operational continuity and guest comfort.
• Independently resolve simple technical issues and assist with more complex malfunctions in collaboration with the Head of Technical Services.
• Keep technical files and plans up to date to guarantee a clear overview of all installations and systems.
• Actively contribute to drafting work instructions and procedures to strengthen and share technical knowledge within the property.
• Respond quickly and accurately to technical guest complaints and report them immediately to the responsible person to facilitate swift solutions.
• Proactively advise on improvements to technical installations or processes, with attention to innovation and sustainability.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of technical areas and workplaces in line with current safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the Technical Department and other departments to create an open, communicative team that efficiently addresses issues.
• Contribute ideas on ways to further elevate the technical standards of the property and enhance a comfortable, worry-free guest experience.

• Broad technical knowledge and experience in electricity, HVAC, control systems, mechanics, plumbing, and painting; additional skills are considered an asset.

• Fluent in English, with good knowledge of Dutch.
• Eager to learn and motivated to further develop technical expertise through ongoing effort.
• Willingness to be part of an on-call duty service.
