We are seeking a passionate and driven Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef for a highly acclaimed, modern British restaurant nestled within the Berkshire countryside. This is a chance to develop your skills in a kitchen pushing for 3 Rosette standards, with a strong focus on technique, produce, and teamwork.
The Restaurant & Role:
• Modern British cuisine with a focus on open-fire cooking and in-house production

• Structured 45-hour week with split shifts and a dedicated break
• Closed Mondays, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day for a true work-life balance

The Ideal Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef:
• Ready to step up and take on more responsibility
• Positive, people-focused attitude and a strong team player
• Experience in high-quality kitchens is essential; a passion for learning is paramount
• Comfortable working with open-fire cooking techniques is a advantage
• Must hold a full driving licence due to the rural location
