Head Chef/chef Manager in Dundee

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Chef / Head Chef to join a busy kitchen team on a temporary basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating delicious dishes, leading a team, and contributing to menu development. You’ll play a key part in ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of dishes.

Supervising and managing the kitchen team.

Assisting the sous chef and head chef with developing new dishes and menus.

Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and following health and safety regulations.

Monitoring portions and controlling waste to support profit margins.
