The Role – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide classroom support, deliver 1:1 interventions, and assist small group learning sessions. You’ll help pupils access the curriculum, manage their individual needs, and develop both academic and social skills. The Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role is varied and highly rewarding, giving you valuable experience in behaviour management, differentiation, and SEN interventions.

- Patient, resilient, and motivated to support children with additional needs
- Experience in youth work, care, or education is advantageous but not essential
- Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
