The Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Deliver targeted academic support to students individually or in small groups, including SEN support.
  • Assist teachers in lesson planning, resource preparation, and classroom delivery.
  • Support student progression by tracking performance and implementing intervention strategies.
  • Engage with extra-curricular and enrichment programs to enhance student engagement and personal development.
  • Serve as a positive role model, inspiring high standards and ambition in every pupil.
