This locum position spans 3 months, working Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 16:30. As a key part of the healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that residents receive essential medications and support.

What you will do:

• Ensure the safe management and optimisation of medications within the prison
• Collaborate with the healthcare staff to monitor and address missed medication doses
• Provide pharmacy leadership and support to ensure compliance with medication administration
• Work with SystemOne and a Smartcard to manage patient information accurately
• Conduct regular medication reviews and welfare checks on residents as needed
