What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive initial viability assessments of family and friends for fostering.
- Develop and progress Special Guardianship and Connected Carer Assessments.
- Prepare detailed reports for Barnet’s fostering panel and for court proceedings.
- Liaise with families, relevant agencies, and support services to promote child welfare.
- Participate in face-to-face meetings and virtual assessments, adapting to the needs of each case.
