Location: Stafford (roles available in Newcastle-under-Lyme & East Staffordshire)
Pay: £18.51 per hour (Umbrella)
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Contract: 08/10/2025 – 31/03/2026 (with possible extension)

Seven Resourcing are seeking two Family Hub Coaches to join our team in Staffordshire. This is a community-based role, working from family hubs and directly with residents to provide vital financial wellbeing support.

Role Overview:

As a Family Hub Coach, you will:

• Provide emergency drop-in support for vulnerable households around financial wellbeing.
• Deliver 1-1 advice and guidance on budgeting and entitlements both in hubs and within the community.
• Identify residents most in need and connect them to appropriate support.
• Map available local and national services, maintaining an up-to-date database of resources.
• Keep accurate records to evidence outcomes and impact.
• Attend community events alongside partner organisations to engage residents in available support.
• Make referrals into additional services where required.

Requirements:

• Experience working with vulnerable individuals, including safeguarding knowledge.
• Strong financial wellbeing/budgeting knowledge.
• Excellent planning, organisational, and record-keeping skills.
• Confident working independently in a community-based role.
• Flexible and committed to providing on-site support (this is not a hybrid role).
