Are you a dynamic sales leader with the drive to take a hotel to the next level? We are seeking a highly proactive Sales Director to join this stylish London property and spearhead the sales strategy with energy, creativity, and commercial acumen.
As Sales Director, you will be the driving force behind the revenue growth, forging new partnerships, cultivating key accounts, and ensuring the hotel remains a go-to destination for both business and leisure travellers. This is not a reactive role — we’re looking for someone who thrives on hunting new opportunities, creating impactful strategies, and staying ahead of the market.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute a proactive sales strategy across corporate, leisure, MICE, and group segments.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, locally and internationally.
- Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with clients, agencies, and partners.
- Work closely with the GM and revenue team to deliver strong top-line performance.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums.
- Mentor and inspire the sales team to exceed targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a proactive sales leader in luxury or lifestyle hotels.
- Strong network of contacts within London, UK, and international markets.
- A self-starter with a hunter mentality, driven to exceed sales goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with a flair for spotting trends and opportunities.
